A New Community Health Center

Our firm provided general contracting services for the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center located in Flushing, NY. The Health Center was in need of new medical office space. We renovated an existing vacant 3 story space which required the removals and / or relocations of the existing HVAC, plumbing and fire sprinkler systems.

The scope required us to install new electrical and fire alarm systems, HVAC systems as required, new bathrooms, offices, multiple exam rooms, nurses station and lobby / reception areas. Structural upgrades were required to handle additional equipment weight on the roof.  The project was completed on time and within budget.
