Cablevision contracted Matassa Construction, Inc. as their Construction Manager for the task of building their technical infrastructure throughout the Tri-State area.  Total core and shell fit-out costs exceeded $500 million in excess of one million square feet. Projects included Transmission Center for CATV / Optimum Online / Telephony, Switch & Transmission / Voice Over IP / Video On Demand for its customers in the entire Tri-state. Due to Confidentiality Agreements, we are unable to advertise certain aspects of these projects.

Matassa Construction provided a broad range of Consulting and Construction Management services including due diligence for site acquisition thru the design built phase of pre-construction and the final construction of over 100 sites.
